CITY OF SAN MARCOS EXPERIENCE
Our team has worked closely with the City for many years to provide CEQA compliance services and technical report preparation. Sophia Mitchell & Associates has completed over 35 CEQA documents for the City, including Environmental Impact Reports, FEIR Addenda, Initial Study/Negative Declarations and Exemption Documentation for a variety of private developments. This includes over 10,000 residential unit of all types (single family, multi-family, affordable housing and assisted living/memory care), over 3 million s.f. of commercial, 700,000 s.f. of light industrial, and over 650 hotel rooms. Our team has supported City staff at community workshops and public hearings.
