Sophia Habl Mitchell, LEED AP BD+C
Owner + Environmental Project Manager Sophia brings 24 years of environmental consulting experience to your projects. She provides environmental analysis for compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and project management support for a variety of public and private projects, including master planned communities, mixed use/transit-oriented development, commercial, light industrial, roadways, water infrastructure, solid waste facilities and program, parks and libraries. Sophia is on the City of San Marcos’ CEQA Consultant List and the County of San Diego’s CEQA Consultant List for Environmental Impact Report preparation for privately initiated projects. She received her B.A. in Geography and Natural Resource Planning from Humboldt State University and completed graduate coursework in Geography, Planning and Latin American Studies at San Diego State University. Sophia is a past board member of the Association of Environmental Professionals (San Diego chapter), the Women’s Environmental Council, the Gualala Rotary Club and Redwood Coast Medical Services. She volunteers with the Sea Ranch Seal Docent program and the Sea Ranch Library.
